PLC (S7 – 1200 series with CPU 1212C):
The S7-1200 controller shall provide the flexibility and power to control a wide variety of devices in support of your automation needs. The compact design, flexible configuration, and powerful instruction set combine to make the S7-1200 a perfect solution for controlling a wide variety of applications.
An integrated power supply, input and output circuits, built-in PROFINET, high-speed motion control I/O and on-board analog inputs/outputs must be combined in a compact housing to create a powerful controller.
The CPU must provide a PROFINET port for communication over a PROFINET network. Through that the PLC can communicate with HMI panels or with another PLC.
The PLC must include:
•    power supply
•    integrated I/O onboard into the CPU (8IN/6OUT/2AI), RAM: 25KB, Load memory: 1MB, Retention memory: 2KB, Merker memory: 4096 byte
•    expansion digital I/O module: (16DI/16DO, 16DI DC 24V, 16DO Relè 2A)
•    expansion analog output module: (2AO)
•    software STEP 7 Basic
the STEP 7 Basic SW provides a user-friendly environment to develop, edit, and monitor the logic needed to control your application, including the tools for managing and configuring all of the devices in your project, such as controllers and HMI devices.
It must provide standard programming languages for convenience and efficiency in developing the control program for your application.
