Automated Control Simulator Of A Domestic Air Conditioner
A Domestic Building Air Conditioning Control Simulator for studying the management of automatically controlled air conditioning systems installed in residential buildings.
The simulates the operation of a split-type air conditioning system with inverter, that adjusts the compressor r.p.m. according to the difference between room temperature set-point and actual room temperature.
It also includes a configurable, industrial digital multi-controller that automatically monitors and controls different parameters to ensure the set-points are maintained.
The industrial digital multi-controller will monitor and react to adjust parameters to achieve set-points with variation of outdoor air temperature, room temperature and relative humidity, thermal factor, incoming air temperature, incoming air flow and refrigerant flow.
The simulates ON/OFF digital control and proportional analogue control. However, simulated PID control can be included upon request.
Connection of this simulator to a PC will enable display of the data, plotting of a time-trend graph and to investigate the architecture of a digital multi-controller configuration.
The has been designed and manufactured to incorporate all current safety standards
