Synchronizing Unit 60 HZ .
Synchronizing Unit 60 HZ
The synchronizing unit is used in teaching electrical technology where a synchronizing switch is required for alternator synchronization. Following the connection of the synchronizing unit with two different three phase power supplies, three built-in red lamps on the front panel signal the phase sequence and the frequency gap between the two supply units. Protected by a circuit breaker. The synchronizing unit is housed in a totally enclosed, stackable and portable half-size modular cabinet. Schematic diagrams and specifications are silk-screened onto the back of the front panel of each unit. Interconnections between components and connections are made through standard color coded safety sockets with banana plug jumper wires.
